Electro Magnetic Vibrator
These are used to maintain free flow of not easily flowing material through Bins, Hoppers, Chutes etc. These vibrators eliminates manual efforts to push the material and regulates the flow of material resulting in saving of costly manpower .
These are basically electromagnets working on A/C 50 cycle and vibrates 3000 time per minutes. The armature of the magnet with the help of electro Power & set of springs is made to vibrate and in turn vibrate the hopper or tray.
These are useful for limestone glass, plastics, chemicals, coal, fertilizer, abrasives, sand & other type of powders.
